How We Run Quality Control on Every Silicone Batch

From incoming material checks to retention samples, this is the quality route every order follows before it ships.

Quality control in silicone production is a sequence, not a single inspection. It begins with incoming material: hardness and specific gravity checks, batch traceability records and color confirmation against the approved standard.

During production we monitor molding parameters, inspect parts visually for flash, bubbles and color drift, and verify weight and key dimensions at set intervals. Printing, heat transfer and laser engraving are checked against the approved artwork before the parts move to assembly.

Before shipment, finished goods pass a final inspection using sampling procedures agreed with the customer, and retention samples are kept so that any question raised after delivery can be compared against the approved reference. Test reports and inspection records are provided with the shipment documentation.
